🔆Prenatal Babywearing or Belly-wrapping🔆
Are you already experiencing the physical aches and pains of motherhood while baby is utero-lower back pain, balance instability, and so on?
Pregnancy is one of the most wonderful moments in a woman’s life but alongside baby showers, cute little socks and onesies are nausea, vomiting, heartburn, and so on..
Well, babywearing may not help you with other nasty, uncomfortable symptoms, but it can sure help you alleviate with some of your aches and pain! How? Through belly wrapping or prenatal babywearing!

Prenatal babywearing or otherwise known as belly wrapping helps pregnant women feel relief from the stresses of the increasing weight by the growing uterus such as reducing round ligament pain, pubic bone pain, etc. It also helps the mom achieve proper posture and balance. Plus, it helps you practice the art and skill of babywearing in preparation for the arrival of your little one.

While all these benefits are enjoyed by most, especially those who are already 7 mos pregnant and above, belly wrapping is essentially a lot helpful to moms with: • weakend abdominal muscles due to past multiple births
• shorter torso
• those who underwent C-section surgery
• pelvic pains
• babies in complicated position such as breech or transverse

A word of advice, though, please seek medical advice first before trying this out as it may have a different effect on your pregnancy-as all pregnancies are unique.
And pls do extra caution when doing/practicing prenatal babywearing that
• you do not restrict your baby’s movements
• you do not restrict the growth of your baby in utero
Babywearing support may start even before having your actual child or while baby is in utero,.there is no such thing as “too early” when it comes to knowing about ways we can practice ‘in-arms’ parenting and better options in carrying our babies.
